Money is a medium of exchange and a store of value but where does it come from, how did it evolve to its current forms? Join us to find out.In this 5-session course, Edward Dodson explains the origins of money and the early history of credit and banking up to the appearance of fractional reserve banking. The course also covers the process leading to the establishment of the Federal Reserve System, the adoption and subsequent repeal of the Gold and Silver standard and will make the case for the return to receipt money.
