It’s dealt with financialization to take a part of the business of everybody in the world, and therefore is indifferent to the fact that you can arbitrage labor forces from one country that’s been built up over hundreds of years, with all kinds of structure, and just sacrifice them, and have a race to the bottom by moving around, and still do very well in the financial sense even though the basics of the country become eroded.
