Additionally, the tool allows for the dynamic exploration of varying tax rates to determine target land tax values.

Disclaimer: The sources used in compiling data for the LVT calculator utilize average land values per acre. These values may be different from a specific parcel’s value. Please take this into consideration when using results generated from the calculator.
